Сompany Elmaco works for the first time on the project of a sales office for a real estate development company in conjunction with a third-party design bureau that has developed the exterior facade of a modular building, the interior of the internal space, and will also supply furniture and accessories for this project.
In collaboration with the design bureau "13 TSEKH", which developed bright and memorable interiors of client and administrative areas, as well as the showroom of VALO apartments, the architects of Elmaco designed special modules from which a quick-build sales office for this project will be assembled.
Project department of Elmaco has prepared working documentation for prefabricated modular sales office of the VALO apart-complex for the Finnish developer - company YIT. The documentation include architectural and construction and engineering and technical sections: independent water supply and sewerage, electrical equipment and electric heating, general ventilation and air-conditioning with the use of energy-saving technologies, modern security and communication systems.
Specialists of Elmaco fulfilled all required design stages for modular building: preparation of technical specification together with the customer, stage P (project for the customer), stage RD (working documentation for own production) and implementation of the author's supervision.
Package of documentation for prefabricated modular office was executed by Elmaco professionally, in the minimal terms and meets all technical and aesthetic requirements of the client.
