Finnish developer - construction concern YIT started in St. Petersburg realisation of the project of a new residential complex of "comfort" class. VALO is located in one of the most rapidly developing areas of St. Petersburg, directly opposite the metro station "Buharestskaya", close to a major road junction, which ensures high transport accessibility of the complex. In the new 18-storey multisectional house have been designed 3466 apartments which will be surrendered in three stages.
For the organization of the sales office of the new apart-complex, Elmaco have built a one-storey prefabricated modular building of four block-containers with a total area of 101 m2.
A feature of this modular building Elmaco, performed on standard of Premium class, is an unusual corporate design in the exterior of block modules, as well as premium quality of used materials and finishes. In collaboration with the design bureau "13 TSEKH", which developed bright and memorable interiors of client and administrative areas, as well as the showroom of VALO apartments, Elmaco employees designed and installed in the design position block modules of which a quick-build sales office was assembled.
Modular building is completely autonomous and equipped with all necessary engineering systems.
All works on production of block modules and their installation on the object were performed by Elmaco and transferred to the customer "turnkey".
