For implementation of a large-scale project of construction of a new landfill for the processing and disposal of solid domestic waste in Murmansk region, the Construction Company Hydrocore signed a contract with Elmaco for the construction of a complex of modular buildings, including an administrative building and two checkpoint buildings.
Two-storey prefabricated modular building ABK, designed to accommodate the staff of the waste processing plant, as well as to meet their household needs, was assembled of 18 Elmaco modules with a total area of 700 m2. Each floor consists of 9 modules, the overall dimensions of one module are 12.0 x 3.2m x 3.2m (LxWxH).
Modular building Elmaco performed by standard of Premium class and meets all the regulatory requirements for administrative buildings. The building is completely autonomous and equipped with all necessary engineering systems for comfortable work and staff stay. During the construction the most modern and technologically advanced materials and equipment were used: the building was equipped with a supply and exhaust ventilation system using breathers Tion, heating with water radiators through an individual heat point.
In ABK building is organized thoughtful and convenient access to the attic space and roof, and realized the safe movement on the roof by the bridges and fences.
