YE’S Technopark аpart-hotel is a multifunctional apartment complex being built by Group of companies "Pioneer" in the south of Moscow, one step away from the Technopark station of the Zamoskvoretskaya metro line. In the 25-storey building about 1000 apartments of five different formats are supposed.
For the organization of the sales office at the construction site of a new residential complex company Elmaco have built a single-storey prefabricated modular building with a total area of 29 m2, consisting of one module with overall dimensions of 9.0х3.2х3.4 m (LxWxH).
A special feature of this modular building Elmaco is a large volume of external glazing, as well as the use of stretch ceilings and exclusive furniture designed specifically for this project in the interior of the modular office.
Modular building is completely autonomous and equipped with all necessary engineering systems.
All works on production of block modules, their installation on the object, installation of hinged facade as well as internal finishing works were performed by Elmaco and transferred to the customer «turnkey».
