Residential complex "Primorskiy kvartal" - a new project of modern quarter construction of comfort class in 400 meters from the metro station "Pionerskaya". The construction is conducted in the heart of the prestigious, dynamically developing Primorsky district, on the territory bounded by Kolomyazhsky prospekt, Ispytateley prospect, Bogatyrsky prospekt and Matrosa Zheleznyaka street. The composition of the quarter will include 13 residential buildings, 3 kindergartens, comprehensive school and the family doctor's office. The project also provides a large number of commercial premises to accommodate everything that is needed for a comfortable city life.
For organizing of the sales office of a new residential complex company Elmaco constructed prefabricated modular single-storey building with a total area of 44 m2.
Modular building is completely autonomous and equipped with all necessary engineering systems.
All works on production of block-modules and their installation on the object, as well as finishing works were performed by Elmaco within 50 calendar days.
