Single storey modular prefabricated building is made of 4 Elmaco modules, each the size of 3,0 × 7,0m (height * width * height). The total area of the building, designed for year-round living of teachers of St. Petersburg State University is 84 m2.
To make metal structure of the building harmoniously fit into the forestry landscape, it was decided to arrange at long side of the modules decorative wooden veranda with a transparent roof made of polycarbonate.
On the cozy veranda equipped with garden furniture with a view of the forest lake, university teachers will be pleased to get together with the students in an informal setting.
