Three-storey modular administrative and household complex with an area of 1494 m2 built on the basis of 60 Elmaco office modules (30 modular blocks with the size of Length x Width x Height: 7,333m x 3.0 x 2,9m and 30 modular blocks with the size of Length x Width x Height: 9,263m x 3,0 x 2,9m).
Our customer - ZAO "First Container Terminal" - which is implementing the project of the development of Sea Port of St. Petersburg. Increasing of the port cargo turnover made it necessary to accommodate more employees to handle incoming shipments and their customs registration. It is planned that in the temporary building will house the departments and services, which are responsible for customs control and clearance of cargo flows of seaport.
Elmaco modular building equipped with everything necessary for comfortable and safe operation of the office staff: water heating, air conditioning, security and fire alarm systems, access control system to the building on the basis of magnetic cards and special turnstile. For connecting to heat main line administrative and household complex is equipped with individual heating unit.
Features of the building - an internal metal staircase with steps made of ceramic granite, the use of homogeneous linoleum for floor covering, special treatment of fire of walls of corridors and vestibules, made of laminated DSP.
Term of manufacturing and installation: 90 days.
